At the end of a long hot day, treating yourself to a wine popsicle is not only cool and refreshing, but a joy to eat. Try these cherry, lime, and red wine popsicles for your next weekend at the beach!
Snowbirds Cherry Lime Wine Pops

- 1 ¼ cups Snowbirds Central Coast Red Blend Wine
- ½ cup lime simple syrup
- 1 ¼ cups lime soda
- ½ cup fresh or frozen sweet cherries, pitted and chopped
- ½ oz raspberry liqueur
In a large bowl, combine wine and soda. Add the lime simple syrup, cherries, liqueur, and stir.
Divide liquid between popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for the popsicles to expand. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
